Infections which are commonly treated with a Flucloxacillin prescription include: cellulitis, ulcers, ingrown toenails, abscesses.
Please note: Flucloxacillin is in the penicillin family, so it is therefore not suitable for those with an allergy to penicillin.

Each box of flucloxacillin contains 28 capsules, with doses of 250mg and 500mg available. These are for oral use only. Different doses of flucloxacillin should be prescribed depending on the patient’s age and type of infection.
Our Flucloxacillin is supplied in 250mg and 500mg tablet form, for oral use only. 250mg doses are primarily used for mild infections, whereas a course of 500mg tablets are used to treat moderate to severe infections.
