Returns

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

1. Return Requests

All requests to return goods must be notified to Revolve Medicare within **24 hours of receipt** of the goods.

Return requests must be made by either:

Email: info@revolvemedicare.co.uk
Telephone:0121 827 5538

When reporting an issue, the Buyer should provide the order number, details of the goods concerned and, where applicable, clear photographs showing the condition of the goods and any damage to the product or packaging.

2. General Return Conditions

Except where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, returns will only be considered where:

* the goods are unused and unopened
* the goods are unmarked and in their original condition
* the goods remain suitable for resale
* the original packaging is intact
* the goods are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that returned goods are packaged appropriately. Revolve Medicare shall not be responsible for damage occurring during return transit where the goods have not been adequately packaged.

All returns are subject to approval by Revolve Medicare before goods are sent back.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of the products supplied by Revolve Medicare, certain products cannot be returned.

**Cold-chain and refrigerated products are non-returnable** once dispatched.

This includes products requiring controlled temperature storage or refrigerated transportation.

We also do not accept returns of **medicines, medical products or aesthetic products** once supplied, opened or used, due to hygiene, safety, quality and regulatory considerations.

This restriction does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

4. Damaged Goods

If goods arrive damaged, the Buyer must notify Revolve Medicare within **24 hours of receipt**.

The Buyer should provide clear photographs of:

* the damaged product;
* the external packaging;
* the internal packaging; and
* the delivery label where possible.

Photographic evidence will assist Revolve Medicare in investigating the claim with the relevant courier and determining the appropriate resolution.

Where goods are confirmed to have been damaged prior to or during delivery, Revolve Medicare may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected goods.

5. Incorrect Goods

If Revolve Medicare sends an incorrect product or an incorrect quantity, the Buyer must notify us within **24 hours of receipt**.

Where the error is confirmed to be attributable to Revolve Medicare, we will arrange for the incorrect goods to be returned where necessary and will provide the correct goods.

Where a replacement is required due to an error by Revolve Medicare, the replacement will be dispatched using **free next-working-day delivery** subject to availability and applicable delivery restrictions.

Where appropriate, a full refund for the incorrectly supplied goods may instead be issued.

6. Faulty or Defective Goods

Any goods alleged to be faulty or defective must be returned to Revolve Medicare for inspection and investigation before a replacement or refund can be authorised, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Seller may request photographs, batch information, packaging details or other information necessary to investigate the claim.

Following investigation, where the goods are confirmed to be faulty or defective and the Seller is responsible, Revolve Medicare may, subject to applicable law:

* replace the affected goods
* provide a refund for the affected goods
* make good any confirmed shortage or non-delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available to the Buyer.

7. Return of Faulty Goods

Where Revolve Medicare authorises the return of allegedly faulty or defective goods, the Buyer must follow the return instructions provided by Revolve Medicare.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods should be returned securely packaged and, where instructed, using a tracked delivery service.

Revolve Medicare reserves the right to reject a claim where the goods have been damaged, altered, improperly stored, misused or disposed of after delivery, where the issue is attributable to the Buyer or a third party.

8. Refunds

Where a refund has been approved, the refund will normally be made using the original payment method.

Refunds will relate to the affected goods unless the circumstances require otherwise.

Where an order was incorrectly supplied by Revolve Medicare and a full refund is agreed, the applicable product cost will be refunded and any reasonable delivery charges arising from the error will be addressed by Revolve Medicare.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the original payment method and the Buyer's payment provider.

9. Storage and Handling

Revolve Medicare shall not be responsible for defects, damage or deterioration caused after delivery by:

* incorrect storage
* failure to follow manufacturer's storage requirements
* exposure to unsuitable temperatures
* inappropriate handling
* misuse
* opening or tampering with the product
* use of the product after delivery
* any act, omission or negligence of the Buyer or a third party

This is particularly relevant to products requiring controlled temperature, refrigeration, light protection or other specific storage conditions.

10. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled by the Buyer by providing written notice to Revolve Medicare.

Where an order has not yet been processed or dispatched, Revolve Medicare will consider the cancellation request and, where appropriate, issue a refund subject to any applicable charges.

Where an order has already been processed, prepared, collected by the courier or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

The Buyer may be responsible for reasonable costs already incurred by Revolve Medicare as a result of the order, including preparation, processing, delivery or other committed costs, where permitted by law.

**Orders containing cold-chain or refrigerated goods cannot be cancelled once the goods have been dispatched.**

11. Seller's Right to Cancel or Terminate

Revolve Medicare may terminate or suspend an order or any ongoing contractual relationship with the Buyer immediately by written notice where:

* the Buyer becomes insolvent or enters an insolvency process
* a receiver, administrative receiver or administrator is appointed over the Buyer's business or assets
* the Buyer passes a resolution for winding up, other than for a bona fide solvent reconstruction or amalgamation
* the Buyer enters into a voluntary arrangement with creditors
* the Buyer ceases, or threatens to cease, carrying on business
* the Buyer fails to pay any amount due by the applicable due date or within any agreed period of grace
* the Buyer commits a material breach of these terms or another contract with Revolve Medicare and, where the breach is capable of remedy, fails to remedy it within 14 days of receiving written notice
* the Buyer exceeds any agreed credit limit
* Revolve Medicare reasonably believes that any of the above circumstances is likely to occur

Termination shall not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities accrued before termination.

Any provisions which are intended to continue following termination shall remain in force.

12. Liability

Revolve Medicare warrants that, at the time of delivery, the goods will be of satisfactory quality and correspond with any applicable specification provided by the Seller.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other conditions, warranties and representations, whether express or implied, are excluded.

The Seller's obligation in relation to confirmed defective, damaged, short or incorrectly supplied goods shall, subject to applicable law, be limited to:

* making good any confirmed shortage or non-delivery
* replacing the affected goods
* refunding the cost of the affected goods

The Seller's aggregate liability to the Buyer, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the goods giving rise to the relevant claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Exclusions of Liability

Revolve Medicare shall not be liable for defects, damage or deterioration arising from:

* abnormal or unsuitable storage conditions
* failure to follow the manufacturer's storage instructions
* misuse or inappropriate use of the goods
* any act, omission or negligence of the Buyer or a third party
* goods altered or modified without the Seller's authorisation
* goods disposed of by the Buyer without the Seller's consent
* specifications, designs or instructions supplied by the Buyer
* goods where the full purchase price remains unpaid
* damage occurring after risk has passed to the Buyer

Revolve Medicare shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business or other economic loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where any provision of this policy is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
