Lumigan® 0.1mg/ml Eye Drops (3ml) contain bimatoprost 0.1mg/ml, a prostaglandin analogue that lowers intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humour from the eye.
Lumigan is indicated for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension, helping to reduce the risk of optic nerve damage and vision loss associated with raised intraocular pressure. It may be prescribed as monotherapy or alongside other glaucoma medications where additional pressure reduction is required.
The sterile ophthalmic solution is supplied in a 3ml multidose bottle for topical ocular administration. Treatment should be used exactly as directed by a healthcare professional.
