Wegovy® (semaglutide) 7.2 mg SDD contains four single-dose disposable pre-filled pens, each delivering one 7.2 mg injection for once-weekly use. This higher maintenance dose is prescribed for eligible adults with obesity or overweight and weight-related health conditions after appropriate dose escalation. Each pen is pre-filled, ready to use, and intended for a single injection before disposal. Use only as directed by your healthcare provider.

How to Use

1. Use one pre-filled pen once weekly, on the same day each week, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
2. Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, rotating injection sites each week.
3. Remove the pen cap and press the pen firmly against the skin until the yellow indicator bar stops moving (approximately 5–10 seconds).
4. Remove the pen and safely dispose of it after use. Each pen is for single use only.
5. Store refrigerated at 2°C–8°C before first use. Pens may be kept at room temperature (up to 30°C) for up to 28 days. Do not freeze.
