How to request deletion
Fill in the form below, using the email address you use to sign in to MedRx.
Alternatively, email us at info@revolvemedicare.co.uk from the email address you use for MedRx, with the subject "Delete my MedRx account".
What gets deleted
- Your MedRx account
- Your profile
- Your login details
- Any documents you have uploaded
What is kept and why
Prescription and order records are kept for as long as UK pharmacy and medicines law requires, then securely deleted. We are legally required to keep these as a pharmacy and regulatory record, so they are not deleted with your account.
How long it takes
We handle deletion requests within 30 days.
