Treclin® 1% / 0.025% w/w Gel contains a combination of clindamycin phosphate (equivalent to 10 mg/g clindamycin) and tretinoin (0.25 mg/g), providing dual-action treatment for acne vulgaris.Clindamycin is a topical antibiotic that helps reduce the growth of Cutibacterium acnes (formerly Propionibacterium acnes) and decreases inflammation, while tretinoin, a vitamin A derivative, increases skin cell turnover to help prevent blocked pores and promote clearer skin. Treclin Gel is typically applied once daily in the evening and is intended for the treatment of facial acne where both comedonal (blackheads and whiteheads) and inflammatory lesions (papules and pustules) are present.

Directions for Use

• Use once daily in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Wash the affected area with a mild cleanser and allow the skin to dry completely before application.
• Apply a thin layer of Treclin® Gel to the entire affected area, not just individual spots.
• Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the gel.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, lips, mouth, inside the nose, and other mucous membranes.
• If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• During treatment, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen and minimise exposure to sunlight or UV lamps, as tretinoin may increase skin sensitivity.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated, or sunburnt skin.
